Monty is the (former) secondary antagonist of Stuart Little and the secondary tritagonist of Stuart Little 2, Stuart Little: The Animated Series, and Stuart Little 3: Call of the Wild. He is Snowbell's best friend. He is voiced by Steve Zahn.
Early life
While much of Monty's early life is not revealed in the series, it is shown that he has been a close friend with Snowbell for a very long time, to the point where he even occasionally refers to him and Snowbell as brothers, and it greatly hurt him when Snowbell would go on to betray him towards the latter parts of the first Stuart Little movie.
At some point in his youth, he became involved in a street gang of cats led by Smokey, but did not garner much respect from the rest of the gang due to his habit of spilling the beans on every secret he would get his paws on.

Monty is both nice and rude at times, but is mostly clueless. He is known for being a pretentious blabbermouth as he always spreads word about many things, such as Stuart having a "pet cat" in the first film (which he found hilarious).
